Text description provided by the architects. The project arises from creating a new topography that references and qualifies this expansion zone in Torre Pacheco, on a site with public facilities, an urban, cultural and leisure alternative for citizens. The folded terrain characterizes the design, in which the two facilities that occupy the site, Library and Park, adapt their relative position, forming sheltered reception, communication, and accommodation spaces. Public space contains and protects the building - two sides of the same coin.
